Alright, turns out all you need to do is Google an error to find a solution.

I was reading the book that came with my pen...er...the book that my pen came with (:3), and it turns out the ink's probably too old.  I need to replace the cartridge.  Yes, a fountain pen with a cartridge.  God, I love it.

Now, where do you get fountain pen cartridges?  I'm gonna look at the art store, I hope they have them.
